About

L. Chris Cannida, LPC has over 27 years experience as a psychotherapist. Over the course of several decades, she has been able to exercise her skills helping others move toward more authentic, peaceful, and hopeful living – licensed to practice in the states of Oklahoma, Texas, and North Carolina.  Prior to her career in behavioral health, Chris taught in the public school system and continues to teach in college classrooms from time to time.  In recent years, her experience has led to her developing interest in, and passion for, assisting active duty and veteran military service members in healing from the invisible wounds of combat.   In addition, she continues to practice psychotherapy in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she utilizes her experience helping individuals, couples, and families.
